Any other spotify users out there that want to share recommendations, playlists, new releases, etc.

There's quite a few new good albums added this week (9/20), not the least of which is the PJ20 soundtrack. In addition other ones I'm listening to are the the Grateful Dead's Europe '72 (volume 2) release, and the Jayhawks new album, Mockingbird Time.

I've not had a lot of luck finding good playlists, but Rhino has got a number of good ones going.

Henry Rollins is starting one up on Rhino, as is Bob Lefsetz (who does a great email newsletter, if you don't read it, you should).
"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

I'm searching out older albums this week.

Currently listening to Sam Cooke ~ Live at the Apollo, and next up is the complete Elvis '68 comeback special. I've heard the Sam Cooke album before (the Blowin' in the Wind/Tennesse Waltz tracks at the end are stellar). The Elvis one has been on my radar, but never got it since it's a four disc set I've never picked it up. Glad to see it on Spotify.

Pick out a band and listen to the entire discography. I think I have listened to at least an album or two a day (5 in a day was my best :)) Spotify has awesome sound quality and a great selection. I have never heard so much Neil Young in a single sitting.
