I am in flux. I want them to play Crown of Thorns just so I know they still play it ... but I don't necessarily want them to do it here such that they don't play it in Vancouver. I am selfish and greedy :twisted:

I'm pretty sure they still play Crown of Thorns given that they played it in Toronto less than two weeks ago. Still, I want them to play Crown of Thorns just to see if they're going to play Chloe Dancer again. I hope it's not a one-time deal. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see it again on the Canadian tour.

Yeah that was my thought too... just too much CC both nights and the two repeats were really overkill. Could've cut two songs night 1 (Reach Down and one other) and wouldve had time for probably 3 PJ songs easy).

To be fair... PJ started 15 minutes late on night 1 and had a much tighter schedule than night 2, so some of the blame can go there as well.

I'm in Sydney, in the western burbs near the mountains. Sometimes it's a bitch to get to gigs, especially midweek ones, but nothing like the trek from Townsville I'd imagine!

Alpine wasn't bad!

I actually thought both nights were awesome... just was hoping for more PJ time, but the shows were great. Night 1 had a ton of rare stuff and Night 2 was a bit longer although filled with more hits.

Not 'legendary' shows, but still great!

Fuck no! Each Brisbane tour has cost me at least $1500 - $2000 (for me and my bf)....and that' not following them around to other cities either. We always saw them at Brisbane because it was just so much cheaper than getting two connecting flights each to say Melbourne or Adelaide. I did the 2009 tour by myself....went to four shows....2 x AU and 2 x NZ....my bf's fucking staying home from now on! haha
