quick question about pj20 merch

Hi there, sorry if this has been asked.

Is there any difference between the PJ20 book sold at pearljam.com and the one at amazon? Same question goes for the soundtrack and the DVD as well. Like if you both the Avocado album from pearljam.com you would receive a hardcover CD case rahter than regular digipak. Even any small differences like that?

I am pretty sure that:
Book, no difference.
Soundtrack, you get a cool PJ20 Sticker from 10C.
Dvd, the deluxe versions are exclusive to 10C and are said to come with some cool exclusive bonus surprises. Standard dvd is the same.
