Lay down beside me
Tell me all of your dreams
Tell me what’s inside
And I’ll tell you everything.

Have you ever seen the sun shine
On a rainy day
You can almost see the angels
Chase the clouds away.

And it seems like all I can do
Is think about you
As I share my dreams with the clouds.

So lay down beside me
And tell me your dreams
And I will share all mine with you
Deep inside this lonely heart
Is the sun waiting to chase your clouds away.

And it seems like all I can do is think about you
As I share my dreams with the clouds
And I’m just waiting to share them with you.

So tell me your dreams
And I’ll tell you mine too
Then we can watch the angels chase the clouds away
And we will see the sun shine on a rainy day.

Lay down beside me
And I’ll lay down with you
Tell me all your hopes and dreams
And I’ll tell you mine too.
