Draw Me In

Draw Me In

Drawn by the muse
That made the music jam
The pearls of which sent strands
Of hope in a lost world
I found myself here at last.

Drawn to the window
Of an all encompassing trip,
A ticket to shared visions
And thought, I jumped in
To ride along with you.

Drawn by desire
To set the world straight
My hubris knocked me off track
On a moving train where
Anger seeped into tangled threads.

Drawn by the muse again
The working words of thought
Created, shared, unhinged
Brought me here again.

I'm really enjoying delving into a little creative time. Creativity lends such a refreshing balance to life! :D
