Using download code

Hi, I recently signed in for the ten club and received an e-mail with a download code for a bootleg. Now I'm wondering, where can I download which bootleg?

if i remember rightly, you go into the goods section and choose any bootleg download and go to check out as normal. there should be a box to input the code and check out as normal. once the code is inputted, it will say $0 for the cost.

Thanks for your answer. I think I'll try my luck, but are there also bootlegs from older shows than 2008? Else I'd be thankful for a hint, which bootleg I should get

Hi all,

I recently joined Ten Club and was holding out until the Manchester 6/20/2012 bootleg became available tonight to use my download code. I got to the checkout, only to be told that the code was invalid. Has anyone else encountered this issue before and what would be the best way to rectify it?

Hi,

Had the same problem. Was using Safari at the time then changed my browser to Firefox, logged in again and the transaction went through, no problems.
