Holy cow, I'm in DC, and boy do those trucks no how to use twitter. It's like the two mediums are emerging together to create a new culinary culture.

Kindof cool.

If you are on twitter, follow some food truck accounts, and you'll see that they post often, and it's practical information . . . i.e., where they will be, what they will be serving etc.

i ate from a food truck a few times. it was nothing really to brag about in the miami area.
it was say, 3 or 4am? us truck drivers were lining up taking turns backing into this produce warehouse/distribution center when here came the mexican/cuban food.

them fuckers eat this deep fried shit (liver actually and not dung) that looks very good but is in fact not what i would consider a good frickin breakfast. my co-driver had a nice serving of this stuff. not me. i elected for the orange juice and burrito or something.

these people do work their asses off though i will give them that.

yippy...its 3am, here come the tacos, pizzas, and deep fried chicken livers disguised as ice cream treats and doritos.

a tip to these people...get a frickin light so we can see what you have goin on. dark alleyways aint cuttin it.
