Hamilton 10C pickup

I can only find the first confirmation email for ticket pickup. The second one might have gotten lost in my spam box or mistakenly deleted. Can someone tell me where to pick up the hamilton tickets and what time these will be available until. I'm more interested in finding out what is the latest I can pick them up. I have class until 6:00 so I'm hoping they're still open around then.

    Pick them up at the box office.
    3:00 pm until approx. 9:15 pm,according to confirmation email.
