A little love for No Code

Each time I listen to No Code, I am blown away by how good it is. I think it is Pearl Jam's best album (unless we are counting Lost Dogs).

Anyway, I got to have a great day today with my twelve-year-old. I put on No Code in the car, and we both sang along with great enthusiasm (and questionable talent). He even sang the guitar parts. :D Yes, I am a very proud mama. :)

My favorite PJ album hands down! Yield being tied or a close second.

It gets better with age. Love Present Tense, Hail Hail, Smile and Off He Goes. In fact, I'm going to go play my first-edition vinyl right now!

Um, what do I think of No Code? Please notice my left arm tattoo. That should give you an idea.

By far my most preferred album. From start to finish, it takes you places.
I would second the Jack comment! Do love Matt though :D

too funny how we are wired, i was just talking about how i 'rediscovered' no code during the pj20 trip. i played the fkr to/fro airport and something just clicked that it MAY be better than Yield. After further review, uh yes i am officially onboard the 'no code kick all sorts of ass' group.

i will forever think about present tense being short changed on night 1.

No Code is fantastic. My favorite, but No Code does seem to get plenty of love around these parts.

I love No Code - it is one of my all time favourite albums, and it is close to a masterpiece. I have important memories from the time I listened to No Code. My trouble is I would write practically this same thing about Ten, Vs, Vitalogy and Yield, I really would. But that's what makes Pearl Jam my favourite band - those albums!
