Looking to sell 1-3 tickets for Toronto 9/11

I have 3 tickets (not TC tix) for sale in sec. 103, row 24. They are great seats by the looks of it.
I'd like to sell all 3 together, ideally, but I will consider selling individually.
It's $255 for the 3. $170 for a pair. $85 a piece.
This is what I paid for the tickets, not looking to make any money.
I bought too many, thinking I had people wanting to go, and now I really need to get rid of them.
I live in Buffalo, NY. I am willing to meet at the venue or in Toronto earlier in the day but I'd love to get this sorted out beforehand.
