I'm not a fan of Reagan, and this isn't really directed at Gore supporters, it is toward the two resident Perry devotees.

Umm, sorry. Reagan fucked us and continues to fuck us with the "faithful" idolizing him. Spent his ass off.took a full 16+ years to get to a surplus. No thanks.

I am not a fan of this ad, but sadly realize its necessity. This is the most I've seen the Paul campaign play "politics" EVER. It's clearly aimed at taking the Reagan-Republican vote away from Perry. In some ways, I'm happy it's out there, because it definitely looks like Ron is in it to win it. If only Ronald Reagan practiced what he preached in the 70s, he would have been a good president. Sadly he wasn't. I'm certainly no fan.

Using Reagan to try to win votes- good choice or bad choice? Might gain him a few undecideds, but probably will cost him several as well. Doesn't win me over, that's for sure.

I'm brianlux, a voter, and I approve of this post.

There not the same person?
  • 1. Reagan was the fucking man! Best President of my lifetime.

    2. Rick Perry saw the light. Winners win.

"I saw the light" .... wow, this shameful excuse of an excuse is good enough to convince people to elect you to be President of the United States???

Perhaps if it is valid enough of an explanation to become POTUS, maybe sex offenders coming up on parole can use it as well.

The darnedest things come up on some of these threads. Perry, Bachmann, et al. will fade like all faddish news stories these days. They're today's disco.

  • Rick perry killed any chance he had of winning tonight,

Came off as a self-absorbed asshole douche bag. Clearly doesn't give a shit about people... Just his own power.

Luckily his numbers will tank through the floor pretty quickly. Ron Paul has no chance either. Too bad, he could win.

I don't think he killed his chances tonight. for me the person i was most interested in was John huntsman. the guy seems like a right wing democrat in a lot of ways.
