Hey there folks.i was just thinking of the routine that i go through when i get a new pj album. i have been doing the same thing since v's. I go to the shop, buythe album, then i go home. now the lp still isnt opened at this stage!! i get a cup of tea and open th cd.i lockthe door of my room, and put it on.i then listen to the lp while reading the booklet so i can follow the lyrics. when its finished i listen to it mmediately again this time without the aid of the booklet.ihave done this since 1993 and i wont stop. i feel that reading the lirics to these new songs makes the whole experience amazing.what routine do you fellow PJ fans go through!! anybody have and strange ones

i wish i wish i wish i wish, i guess it never stops

  • I usually wait until my day off where I can just listen to it on repeat all day...

I have to get into the music first before I study the unclear lyrics. I can never just sit and read the lyrics until much later. I may not check the lyrics for a month unless something is unclear at first.

    HAHA, thats fucking funny.

If I'm not in a rush to get anywhere I typically drive around and listen to the album immediately after I get it. Then I go home, read the booklet check out pictures/artwork, see what critics/fellow PJ fans have to say about it before I listen to it again.

yeah i used to love those, you'd still be up at 3am with a smile beaming from ear to ear, not wanting to sleep because you want to hear each song just one more time before bed :)

Usually a week or 2 before the album drops, I will listen to their studio tracks in order from ten all the way through till I buy the new one. Then, depending on how it hits me, I may listen again or i may put it away for another day.
