Fighting a losing battle with tears
In public transport
I thought I had more class than that

Guess class doesn't apply to me anymore
I don't know what does

Am I classified as a human being, still?
Or just a wreck
Ignored and left to my own devices?

Would someone just please ask me if I'm ok
Even if it might make me cry
"Don't be faint-hearted, I have a solution! We shall go and commandeer some small craft, then drift at leisure until we happen upon another ideal place for our waterside supper with riparian entertainments."

    Not as happy with this (weird to say that) as the other one, too many thoughts squeezed in there, perhaps?
