for fans with old vans in England

as you know in the UK if your motor was built before 1972/73 then it is classed as tax exempt so i was wondering if anyone has signed the epetition for rolling 30 year tax exemption it needs 100,000 to go to the government .it cant do us any harm to keep pressure on the government so that people trying to keep classic motors on the road can still do so ..
