Dude, thanks again for the pack of Camels That was so amazingly clutch. And to all who partied at the Hacker's hut deck on Friday night while listening to Cornell's sound check, and while jamming and singing along to my friend and I play guitar, it was a perfect beginning to an amazing weekend. Also, to the dude who took over lead vocals on some Floyd--Breath, Comfortably Numb, and Time--you rock!
p.s. Rush rules
The Hackers Hut was way cool on Friday. The local friendly law enforcement guy hooked us up good on that one.
You guys played some great tunes. Sure am glad to been a part of it.

From Friday to today... What a weekend...

Hey Boone are you the guy I had the talk with about some blues music?
If so I was wondering if you ever checked out that song? I started a thread but seems I can't find it back.

Haha...yeah, that "local friendly law enforcement guy" was cool as hell. Good times.0 -
We ran into him back at the bar Sunday after the show. Thought maybe we would end up at some cool location to party. He said he was worn out from the weekend. Watching people party must be as hard as actually partying
The party in from of the lobby entrance that we found after the bar closed was GREAT. Party till 5:30 and get up and leave at 11 (EST Time Zone) was more fun then legally allowed in 9 states

Monday morning when I checked out, the place looked like a ghost town. No cars, no people. I felt like I was in the Shining.....got the fuck outta there 5 hours before my flight.
Ahhh, I think we were pretty much in the Shining all weekend. Didn't you see that kid riding around the halls with the Big Wheel? RED RUM...
All we needed was a hedge maze between the resort and the venue to really top it off."Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"

Hi Boone,
I'm so glad you posted, I hope you post the pictures you were talking about. It was great fun talking with you and "John Ritter" in the lobby Sun after the show. I wish I had been drinking too but I had to get up in a few hours to catch a flight. You guys are my kind of peopleI hope we all can meet up again some time.
What a fabulous weekend, I can't believe it's over.

But "life size." It is the actual PJ20 Movie poster that you would/will see in the theater. It's freakin' huge, and I have no idea how or where I'm going to hang this thing. But, it will be fun tryin'.Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.0 -

NEVER THOUGHT YOU'D HABIT!!!!!
Dude (fixed it for you like you did after) was named Steve and he's from Oklahoma. It is not me. Don't think he frequents these boards. His girl was Priscilla and their friends from Oklahoma BJ and Rachel - met them on shuttle/at Pre-Party Friday. Don't think I ever met anyone from Okkie. They were the nicest folks, a tremendous amount of fun and hope to run into them again.
So, Sunday, we got 3 great versions of HABIT if you stayed at the resort (and saw the crazy version of drums/guitar, strange looks, jumping that Ed did during Liam's set), but only Steve did it A capella!Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.0 -
Hi Debbi & Dave,
I talked with you Fri night in the Bar while my son was finishing up his math assignment and again on Sat after the show. You are great people and have fun stories. Thanks for showing me the pic of your PIECE sigh you gave to Ed at MSG. I think you said you were going on to Chicago to sight see, I hope you have a fabulous time.

Who took pictures of Friday night at the Hacker's Huck deck? I don't have Facebook, so it would be awesome to find a way to see them.0

I have a coulpe from there I will have to try to post after work. Heather and Stacy from Alabama also took some but we didn't get their facebook page. They had a couple of group shots. Hopefully someone can locate them. Klusterfuk also has all of the pictures I took Friday night. Maybe he can post them sooner than I can.0 -
