It seems like the band focused mainly on the Northside of PJ's history yesterday....I say Tonight they have to go focus on some of the Southside of it's history!!! I'm calling it! They're playing at least one BAD RADIO song tonight!!

I'm not too impressed with any of the Bad Radio stuff...and unlike the MLB or Temple stuff, it really has no connection to Pearl Jam. I'm hoping they just put on a solid set of PJ songs, with less special guests..just the band, doing what they do.

?! How does it have no connection to Pearl Jam? It was Ed's band before PJ (cf. MLB for Jeff/Stone) and Better Man was performed with them!
  • I've been playing the "Timeless Melody version from Manchester, England (6-4-00) and was thinking, Hmm, wonder if Ed might decide on throwing this one in as an homage to Matt.

Ok, well I was a bit lazy with my words. To me, Temple, MLB, Green River, etc are the principal influences that the members of PJ brought into the band. Now certainly whatever ED brings lyrically carries a huge weight, which I shouldn't have dismissed. Musically, though maybe not so much now, but early on musically things seemed to tied more towards what Jeff and Stone were bringing in.

I suppose that's what I was getting that, but I definitely see your point.
