Yes, I am happy that I am going. I shouldn't complain. And yes I didn't have to have the tickets emailed to me. But for almost the cost of one lawn seat at the Tweeter, I had to pay various fees for 2 tickets to see EV Solo.
But here's the breakdown:
Facility Charge US $2.50 x 2
Convenience Charge US $12.25 x 2
Delivery (TicketFast Delivery) US $2.50
Order Processing Fee US $5.15

how much do they charge to make it inconvenient? if it would save a few bucks, might be a good option:)
Convience charge means you don't have to drive to a ticketmaster outlet like the old days. It's the cost of running the website and all the goodies that make sure your information if safe, ticket buying runs smoothly, etc.
"I don’t know who this charge is convenient for, but I can guarantee it’s not me.
The site also says “there is typically no convenience charge when you drive to a box office to purchase tickets,” but that’s not convenient for customers, which is one reason Internet purchasing is so popular."
Wow this person is an idiot.
fuck yea:
- cheaper prices
- priority seats
- good people runnin it
- don't have to give that fucking corporation ticketbastard any of my
hard-earned money

I choose it because I'll worry myself to insanity waiting on the tickets to get to me. I'll pay 2.50 for a little peace of mind.
I wanted a real ticket too but I forgot :( I was hurrying to get my credit card out to get the security number within the 5 min time frame while talking to one of my seniors on the phone (can't exactly ignore them). Is there anyway to change it? I got a real ticket for Lolla and it was totally worth it (it looks so pretty on my wall ).
Not to burst your bubble, but if ticketmaster has the rights to all tickets for particular venues, then 10c is paying ticketmaster for the tickets and you are paying 10c so ticketmaster still gets your money (im guessing 10c eats some of the losses or they get reduced prices due to mass buying or something).
