  • Does anyone know of a good place, in the Cleveland area where i can take a quick nap in my car?(I know, weird question) I'm planning on going to the rock and roll hall of fame in the morning , but after that i want to take a nap before i continue on to WI. I'm thinking I'll just snooze in whatever parking lot/garage I end up in, or at a truck stop when i get back out on the highway but i don"t know the area that well, so i'm definitely looking for some tips here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Road trippin' from OKC to Alpine Valley and driving straight through. We are leaving OKC at 6am Friday morning and have an ETA of 8pm for our hotel...then off to the pre-party!

The R&R Hall of Fame is right on the lake...and next to the Browns Stadium!!
Lots of surface parking lots close by!!!
There's also a few beaches/parks right on the lake that might be good for a quick nap :ugeek:

Road tripping about 80 miles. That's peanuts compared to what most of you guys are doing. But I'd definitely be doing the same if this were somewhere else.
  • my nice 13 hour drive starts tomorrow at 6 pm...and i'd drive another 13 if thats what it took

  • Driving from about an hour east of Cleveland (about 8 hours). Though I am assuming I'll have to stop to pee about 10 times, so maybe 9 hours.

Although I'm from the Clevelandish area, I can't really think of anywhere to stop and sleep other than rest areas along Rt. 90. I bet you could google it to find out where they are.

when will you be in cleveland?

you could park in my driveway to sleep...i live in brecksville...10 miles south of downtown...10 minutes on 77South
I would not sleep at any beaches around cleveland...they are all in bad areas...
or check out the metroparks...a nice ring of parks that connect all the way around the city limits...

lemme know if you have questions.
