-go to photobucket.com & create an account (it's free)
-upload your pictures
-copy the IMG code & paste it into the thread
-hit submit
-done!

if you need to resize the photo, you can do that in photobucket as well

Then just get the address of a photo anywhere on the web (right click on it in firefox - not sure about it in IE)

Then press the 'Img' button at the top of your post screen, and put the address inside it - presto:
