    Mmmmm, wish I had some Chinook (a.k.a. King) salmon. Had some fresh, wild sockeye last night. It was yum, yum, yummy :D

    we bought a huge filet at Costco the other day...screw you recommended 3oz serving...I had 14oz. in one sitting 8-)
