    Well Chet, I have been standing in this puddle for 3 hours. As you can see the water has now passed my ankles, and is slowly rising to cover my shin. Once the water has risin to my knees, I have been told by authorities, that within a few hours my entire leg may get wet!!!

    Well Chet, I am standing in the middle of a street in Brooklyn, and if the camera can get a look North, you will see that the entire North side of the street, is covered with water.

    And amazingly, if we can now have that camera face South, you will see that the entire South side of that same street, is ALSO covered with water!!!!
