anyone a fan? (Besides the obvious NIN)

Been really into Stabbing Westward, Gravity Kills, Ministry, Depeche Mode lately. Anyone recommend any other good ones?

I dig Prong...either Cleansing or Rude Awakening. Orgy's sorta industrial too, with a new wavey tinge...check out Candyass and Vapor Transmission.

    Some of my favorites:

Front 242 - Front By Front
Nitzer Ebb - That Total Age
Skinny Puppy - their singles and b-sides collections are a good overview of their career
Pailhead - Trait (side project of Al Jourgensen)

forgot about Prong (only know their one song, Snap Your Fingers)

Orgy I've heard of also (just two songs, Blue Monday and Stitches)

heard the names of a few others (Front 242 and Skinny Puppy).

Forgot about God Lives Underwater though (after I did some research)

    Throbbing Gristle.
"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

The radio station I volunteer at and have a show on also has an industrial show on Saturdays from 10:30 pm - Midnight (Mountain Standard Time)

It's called "Heart Of Darkness" and is hosted by Circuit 23. He's a real cool guy and knows his industrial. It's quite late on the east coast, but archives can be found at www.utahfm.org

    Gotta plug the station. 8-)

Was? Not a fan of the newer stuff? They're touring right now....put out a new album in March, and released a movie too.
Almost tough to call them Industrial these days tho....they're WAY heavier than their Psalm 69 days. If you can consider Fear Factory or Soulfly 'Industrial', then maybe....I almost prefer their anti-Bush albums to the older stuff....not crazy about Relapse (the new one).

Industrial music?  Sounds like an oxymoron to me.

Is Rammstein in this category?  TOOL

Broken by NIN and Ministry's Psalm 69 are as good as it gets as far as I am concerned.

Stabbing Westward has some absolutely amazing stuff on their early albums.  Wither Blister burn and peel is so underrated Inside you has one of the best build to climax vocals

I never saw Prong as industrial.  That Beg to differ song was good though.  I need to relisten as it's been 30 years since I gave it a think.

Lard, another Jourgansen collab w Jello Biafra.
    Joy Division
    Orb
    New Order
These groups are all old.  Not sure if it's even a thing anymore?
