New pit not iphone friendly :(

I spend a lot of time here on the pit thanks to my iPhone but the new pit is a navigation nightmare for an iPhone, anyone with the same problem?

    it's not black berry friendly either.... I can't even get the page to load on my phone with out it freezing up and having to remove the battery. A majority of my posts I do from my phone:(

    They should make a mobile version of the site too.
    Might as well go all techie with it now that they got it this far. :P

    they also should allow you to view threads without always having to log in!

    It is horrible for the iPhone. It takes 5 minutes for the page to load and forget about trying to type anything it takes forever.An mobile version of forum would be nice

    This is a must....a site redesign that doesnt include a mobile version is just plain silly these days.

    Yup, terrible. I have the old message pit as my default site for my Blackberry. This site is terrible though. I don't even bother with it.

    Agreed. I just tried it with the iPhone and it takes forever to load, zoom, etc. I didn't have the patience to find out how long it takes to post...

    I tried to make 1 post a few days ago and it took 15 minutes. So not worth the headache. I love the new site but it would be cool to have a lite version for the mobile folks

    I wasn't able to post at all - spend the majority of time keeping up to date via my phone (lg renoir), takes my about 10 mins for the new Pearl Jam home page to load, then freezes before the new message pit page has fully loaded so haven't even been able to add it as a bookmark yet.

    No way I'll be able to keep as up to date as usual.

    I'll be getting an iPhone in the next few weeks and was really looking forward to using it to keep up with info on PearlJam.com and the message pit. Hopefully this will be addressed to make the site more user friendly, especially with so many fans now using phones for web capabilities.
