Uploading a picture here???

How do I upload a picture so it is actually within the message rather than a link to photobucket??
I see some posts where people have pictures within the message... How??

    You can still use Photobucket and have the image appear in your post.

    After you upload the pic to photobucket, copy the IMG code that'll be displayed under the picture (there will be other codes too) and paste it into your post here.

    it just has to be hosted on the web....

    find the url of the picture
    http://community.pearljam.com/download/file.php?avatar=184014_1313553138.jpg

    copy it and paste it between 
    [img][/img]
    tags

    and you end up with this

    file.php?avatar=184014_1313553138.jpg

    it does have to be smaller than 600x400
