Going in, I knew nothing about them but I liked what I heard enough to pick up one of their albums on the way out the door. And they seemed to really have a good time onstage and not take themselves too seriously.

it sure is, Kyle. all of their albums are great, in my opinion. "Brazen" is probably my favorite song of theirs & they KILL IT live. great band. would love to see them open for PJ someday.

Gaslight Anthem (new?)
The Horrible Crowes
What's the FL scene sounding like? all I know is Cat Power and Creed
White denim
Friendly fires
Foster the people
The last two bands are really indie and synth based rock but are still extremely catchy and great driving music
Edit: The Horrors. Incredible band. They sound like they stepped out of the 80's. Their new album is just amazing.
