Hello there, I was wondering if anybody knows what ADA seating is on the Alpine Valley venue map?

When it says ADA bathroom, does that mean ADA only?0

My wife will be in a wheel chair due to needing a back surgery so I guess the Ten club has no special seating in the ten club lawn or even in the reserved seating areas. That really stinks.John and Shawna0

Did you not look at the map? There are multiple areas for ADA seating one on the lawn near the pavilion and a platform behind the lawn behind Ten Club park or whatever they're calling it.I am fuel, you are friends.0

Yes, but it is on the far right away from the Ten Club lawn area which defeats the purpose of getting good seats.
In addition to that we'll have to forfeit our reserved seats for Sunday.
It seems that the Ten Club does not accommodate anyone who is disabled but the venue does. What a dreadful discovery.John and Shawna0 -

I just called them and as far as they know "meaning I'll have to contact tickets@tenclub.net" there is only one area for ADA and it is out of the ten club areas :evil:John and Shawna0 -

I'm not really sure what you expected. Did you think the Ten Club could just turn any seat into an ADA seat? I think they pretty much have to use what the venue has available. The only people we should try to get even with...

To know1, Thanks for nothing man. If you or your wife/girl friend/or whatever got injured and had to use a wheel chair then you might understand the issue.
Non the less Yes, I think the Ten Club should accommodate it's members. This is not just any celebration and my heart goes out to people that are permanently disabled.John and Shawna0 -
Usually if you have Ten Club tickets already and you need ADA accommodations you just need to email them and they'll give you all the info you need.I am fuel, you are friends.0

I was asking an honest question and not saying anything derogatory. I would expect that, if I had need of the ADA seating, that it would be in the designated ADA seats of the venue. When you said that the TenClub wasn't accommodating, I sincerely wondered what you meant. The only people we should try to get even with...

This is cut and paste from the 10c ticket info section of the website. Just contact them and they will take care of you.
SEATING
Seat location is not revealed until tickets are collected on the day of the show.
We reserve the best seats in the house for fan club tickets, starting from the first rows on the floor and extending back. We also reserve the side sections closest to the stage when necessary. All Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating unless otherwise announced.
Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and allocated by membership seniority, with the exception of rows 1-2 and rows 9-10 which will be used for random allocation.
Group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available through the Ten Club pre-sale. If you require ADA seating, please contact us directly at tickets@tenclub.net or 1-800-724-8038.0 -

I don't know re reading your post my wife and I still think it sounds a little derogatory and the stress that is involved here isn't helping. Since our tickets are Ten Club tickets then we should be able to be a part of the Ten Club seating area since when we bought them they did not specify any restrictions.
Sorry if we're a little snappyJohn and Shawna0 -

Thank you for this, We can only hope at this point. I just got off the phone with someone at the Ten Club and they said you usually have to let them know you need ADA seating when the tickets first go on sale but somebody will contact us.
At least we'll have an idea about where the seating could be. Thank you, Thank youJohn and Shawna0
