At times I'm skeptical of "new age" videos like this but this I really like this one. We are bombarded daily with negative thinking and fear inducing news. Love and only love will break it down (N.Y.).
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

    That's good stuff

    But now I'm scared.

    I mean no I'm not.

There's a book "Teach only love" that says there's only two emotions... Love and Fear

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's easy be feel some trepidation around what's going on. But it's much easier to deal with things in a positive manner. I'm glad I learned that before it was too late (which it very nearly was). Life isn't perfect, but it's good.
