    We have got some amazing news for you. You have been lucky enough to be selected to receive a pair of tickets to BBC Radio 1 Presents Red Hot Chili Peppers LIVE on Friday 2 September at KOKO in Camden, London.

    There are some very important things you need to be aware of so please read this email carefully…

    TICKET DELIVERY
    TicketWeb will be sending your tickets out. Your tickets will be posted to you from Thursday 25 August. They will be sent to the address you registered with and we cannot change this address.

    IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
    Your tickets are personalised and traceable to you. If you don’t receive them we can cancel them and arrange for you to collect replacements on the day, however you will need photo ID and proof you live at the registered address.
    If your tickets have not arrived by Thursday 1 September then please call our helpline on 08444 999 999. Opening hours are: 9am to 8pm - Monday to Friday. 10am to 4pm - Saturday and Sunday. Please have the address you registered from with you when you call.

    If your original tickets arrive after you have cancelled them, please destroy them – the barcode on them will not work and you will not be able to get into the event with them.

    TICKET SECURITY
    All tickets have a unique barcode on them. Please keep them safe and dry. We have to be able to scan this barcode on the door.

    Doors will open at 6.30 and the show will begin at 7pm. We’ll be closing doors at 7.30pm so don’t be late! The event will finish at 9.30pm.
