The full-page ad, placed in the Austin Chronicle by conspiracy theorist Robert Morrow, asks, “Are you a stripper, an escort, or just a ‘young hottie’ impressed by an arrogant, entitled governor of Texas?” It promises to help respondents “publicize your direct dealings with a Christian-buzzwords-spouting, ‘family values’ hypocrite and fraud.” And at the it says, “Note to gay people: If you know the truth about Rick Perry, please QUIT covering for him.”

WOOT!!
do things like this actually ever work though? i know larry flynt has done something similar in the past but i am not sure if credible people ever came forward or was it just a bunch of people wanting money and were willing to lie to get it?
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
Godfather.
Perry or the other dude?
Neil deGrasse Tyson
Why not (V) (°,,,,°) (V) ?
for the least they could possibly do
the other dude,I really don't know much about perry.
Godfather.
Perry isn't a nutjob, he's just a corrupt idiot who couldn't run a gas station properly. And I don't say this lightly, but just as a governor, he makes the job George W. Bush did look incredible.
Godfather.
your side has been doing nothing but outright lying about obama since early 2008.
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
twice.
so did reagan....
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
Yes, true. But we're so much more enlightened now, right? (Just humor me please and say, "yes, brianlux, everything will be fine...")
My side?
Haha, man, you continue to show your hypocrisy. compromise...don't compromise...no labels...your side. Keep it up.
It's "gotcha" politics and really stupid no matter who is doing it. It sensationalism at it's finest (worst?).
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
Nope, never thought he wasn't a citizen. I voted for Obama...huge mistake...by didn't like McCain and didn't want to sit the election out. I thought Obama had a chance to actually be a special president. He has proven me wrong and I wish I had a do-over.
This is one of my biggest problems with our politics and media. They talk about things that will generate ratings because the American public eats it up. Instead of focusing on this, or what religion someone is, or about the crazy birthers, we should be discussing issues, monetary policy, defense, etc.
Robert Morrow is actually a Ron Paul supporter. Paul dismissed the ad and was asked repeatedly about it during a Fox interview. He just dismissed it and saying even reporting on it gives it credibility.
Ted Nugent.
Godfather.

...are those who've helped us.
Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.
Agreed, it makes it difficult to want to pay attention.
What it has become? Politics has always been harsh, and in the olden days it was worse. I read a book not that long ago about Andrew Jackson, and the elections he was involved in made anything in recent memory look like an old ladies Bridge game. Back then they didn't just drag him through the mud, but his wife (who they called a bigamist) and his mother (who they called a common whore) not to mention the things said about him.
And more recently, back in the 60's General Motors apparently tapped Ralph Nader's phones and allegedly hired prostitutes to try and entrap him. Or so the story goes, they did settle out of court with him though, so they were up to something.
There are plenty more examples, but politics has never been civilized.
