Haven't received order placed 3 May 2011 - please help!

Hi

I placed my order for the Eddie Vedder DVD and the Ukulele Songs CD with songbook on 3 May 2011 and still haven't received it. Just before that I ordered the Deluxe Box set 1993|1995 and received that not too long after. Just after the outstanding order I ordered the Ukulele Songs LP and received that in July. I received my digital download for Ukulele Songs but no sign of the rest.

Please help me, the DVD is already out in the stores in South Africa and I am still waiting for mine. I did email the appropriate Tenclub address but have had no reply.

Not fair!

    Email them and keep emailing until you get a reply. Don't take it personally if they don't get back to you right away. They've got a lot going on right now. Emails get lost/overlooked all the time.

    Also saw PJ20 on the 20th (probably before the USA saw it, and that in Africa). Awesome movie. I want the DVD!
