Anyone else love watching this? One thing I hate about it is it signals the end of summer and school is about to begin.

    never cared much for it...but for some reason...i like it this year...so ya, im tuning in...not a ton, but watched it for prolly half hour the other day...

    since there is a PA team in it this year, I may take a day off work next week and take the kids up there for a game or two.

    Haven't been there since '90 for the Championship game. Complete madhouse that day.

    Those fields look amazing. I'd love to visit Williamsport one day. I only drove by it a few weeks ago on my way to Michigan.

    Yeah, these definitely are the dog days of summer for sports. Can't wait for NFL to be back. Then NHL another month after that.

    one of my friends went to college up there in Williamsport and I would visit him, never been to the stadium though.

    I'll probably watch thge finals. Most memorable finals for me was in '89 when Trumbull, CT beat and shocked the Chinese Taipei. Little known player Chris Drury was on that team (now playing in the NHL).

    i turned it off when it was like 19 or 20 to zero. Isn't there a mercy rule in little league?

    I think it's 10 by the fifth, but I think more than 10 after 4 innings is also called.

    Thanks, there is such a buzz going on all over the state.

    Rematch today, win or lose, these guys should be very proud of themselves, they have handled this like true champions!
    They have made us very proud, here in Montana!!!

    Did Pennsylvania lose? I had the game on the other day and they were losing 2-0 to Cali. Commercial came on and i flipped stations and forgot to turn it back :oops:

    Congrats to Huntington Beach and to Japan... what a nice LLWS this year has been.

    I watched quite a few games, and I gotta be honest, its better than watching the little bitches in MLB that are overpaid whiney athletes! These kids play because they love the game, not for the cashola... pure baseball 8-)

    Yeah that was a good game. I seldom watch the LLWS, or care all that much, but there was nothing else on so I watched. It was down to the wire, but I figured Japan would wind up winning again, then the Cali kids pulled it out. Congrats to them, and the Japanese team.
