Msg Night 2 Poster?

I was just wondering if anyone else thinks that this poster is very special and will only go up in value over the years. Similar to MSG 03?
I recently just got into posters and man it is very addicting!! My girlfriend asked what I wanted for my b-day and guess what my reply was:)

Also does everyone think the Düsseldorf will also go up in value thought the years?
