terrible thing to see hope those that where trapped are getting well :shock: :(

    its terrible for the families and friends of those who perished
    but for the grace of god people....

    It was heartwarming to see hundreds of people in the crowd immediately go to help those that were injured and trapped. Reports indicate that everyone was pulled out from under the wreckage in under 20 minutes.

    What is a fair as large as a state fair doing with a stage that can just blow over?

    I was at a fair in my hometown and we were checking out the stage...it was hard core, with serious weights and speakers holding that thing down. It was also in a coastal town that's known for high winds, possibly why they were prepared. But it's so sad to think that organizers didn't consider a real stage....
