Tonight on Teen Nick - Clarissa Explains It All... Clarissa gets tickets to see Pearl Jam. She was wearing a really cute dress with combat boots too. Speaking as a child of the 90s... I like the reruns.

    Those were simpler times. When a boy like Sam could just climb into a girls window via his ladder and not get shot or arrested.

    And outfits like this..
