There have been rumblings and rumors. New music from Tom Waits, you say?

    I'd most likely have to leave SLC though... don't think Tom would stop here. Doubt the turn-out would be what it would in the many other, and larger, cities in the Western US.

    So freaking excited. I'm just praying he tours and comes anywhere near Toronto. Really, anywhere in the East Coast would be amazing.

    Two albums I've yet to get to. Tom Waits has quite a bit of material. Some of it I don't really go out of my way to listen to, but some of it I love. I'm particulary fond of his earlier material.

    Gah, Heartattack and Vine isg reat too... Tom Waits is just great.

    Best news I've heard all year so far. I have yet to see this man live, and I'd step over my own mother to make that happen. It's been a long wait for new Waits material, and I'm getting excited just thinking about what he has in store for us.

    Managed to see the great man in Ireland twice when he was here on his Glitter & Doom tour in 2008. Words cant describe! This is great news and on my wife's birthday too :mrgreen:

    One of the few artists out there whom I honestly believe is yet to make a bad album. For anyone who hasn't yet seen it this should make you shiver!

    Great to see a new studio album finally! Real Gone was an eternity ago. Orphans & Glitter & Doom filled the gap but this is what we've been waiting for. If a tour follows I don't suppose it will be too many dates but hopefully it will include another visit to Europe. I'm so excited for this!!!!!!!!! :D
