Caught totally by surprise while watching PTI last night when they did a segment on Pearl Jam.

For the record... Tony predicted Release and Wilbon said he thought they would open with with a rocker like Corduroy. Wilbon also called Scott Stapp a bum.

    HEY! Today's not April 1st...

    Well played. For the record, I say "Alive" would be the perfect opener for PJ20.

    I'm not saying that's what I think they'll play. I just think opening things with "the one that started it all" would be a great way to kick things off.

    Sorry... wasn't really trying to fool anyone. I thought everybody would recognize it was photoshopped.

    I just had the idea to merge one of my favorite shows with my favorite band and dream what it would be like if they ever made it on PTI.

    He is on vacation. Loved when they had Bill Simmons on in his place monday and tuesday. Much better than when they get Bob Ryan or Dan Lebatard to guest host.

    I apparently watch way too much PTI, because I could tell immediately it was fake from overall visual scheme and colors. It should look like this.

    Plus all the stories are over a year old. Zenyatta retired in 2010, and I lost money on that Patriots/Browns game. It was a funny joke, but like I said, I watch WAY too much PTI to have believed it. And as somebody said, Kornheiser is on vacation, they've had Bill Simmons in for him, and last night it was Bob Ryan.

    I've heard lots of Pearl Jam references on ESPN, but never from Mike and Tony, they're a little out of the loop on such things. Although Reali often makes PJ references, but usually on ATH, not PTI. I wouldn't mind seeing Kornheiser do his penguin dance to some PJ though.

    I'd like to see Ed on PTI for the 5 good minutes segment. It would never happen, but it would be cool to see him talk about the Cubs or Bulls.
