Fun with PJ20 beer prices

It seems that the beer inside the venue for PJ20 will be $13 dollars for 24 ounces. Rounded down that means it 54 cents per ounce. Applying this pricing structure to a gallon of gas I come up with $69.12. Why is everyone bitching about gas at $4 a gallon? We are getting off easy.

In Albany it's 18.97 for a 30 pack plus 7% sales tax. Rounded up that's 20.30 or .056 cents per ounce. Lets call it 6 cents. Applying the PJ20 price structure my 30 pack would cost $194.40.:lol:

The only thing you can bring in is unopened bottles of water.
Looks like I'm gonna have to really stock up on the beer for tailgating then. Those prices are unreal!

Shit, at those prices I may not even care if some drunken asshole spills his beer on me!

Are you allowed to bring in a backpack at all? Say, with packed snacks and water? Ideally, a camelbak would be great.

yes, on the porch someone said you are allowed to bring in the water bladders (filled with ice only) and a gallon of sealed water and can transfer once you get in. Think they got it from Alpine's FB page.

that's more or less my plan. if that doesn't work, i'm going to sleep it off in the bed of my truck until security kicks me out. at which point i will drive around the corner and pass out again.

"don't pass out when there's markers about!"

my son was watching the "Regular Show" - a goofy cartoon on the cartoon network. The one character had passed out and his buddy drew and wrote all over his face with a marker. We had a good laugh at that one.
