definitely unflattering. and maybe below the belt depending on the agenda of the magazine.. i don't read newsweek. is there a bias there? i really don't know.

Nothing scarier to some people than a free thinking conservative woman.

The only thing she'll be killing will be BIG GOVERNMENT.

Unlike Sarah Palin- she kills bears.

    Go girls!!

    8-)

do you really believe that? and also what do you mean free thinker? is it just because you agree with her?

i remember asking this question when Obama was running for president and i will ask you the same thing. why do you believe she will be a good president?

    Yes.

    She thinks for herself.

    No.

She's not my candidate, but having a basic understanding of the Constitution is a good start.

Let's just say she is overqualified for the job of Community Organizer.

tell me how you think she will make government smaller? give me 2 example of how she is a free thinker? and lastly, what does being overqualified for community organizer have to do with being president?

    Katie Couric?

If you are referring to the Couric interview of Sarah Palin, then I at least understand your reference...

Are you maybe confusing the two women?

    Hilarious...

I'm not confusing them. They're already confusing enough as it is. They don't need my help. I was just comparing both women to Barbie.

But she loves to let the Bible think for her too:

"I look at the Scripture and I read it and I take it for what it is. I give more credence in the Scripture as being kind of a timeless word of God to mankind, and I take it for what it is. And I don't think I give as much credence to my own mind, because I see myself as being very limited and very flawed, and lacking in knowledge, and wisdom and understanding. So, I just take the Bible for what it is, I guess, and recognize that I am not a scientist, not trained to be a scientist. I'm not a deep thinker on all of this. I wish I was. I wish I was more knowledgeable, but I'm not a scientist." - Michele Bachmann interviewing with Todd Fiel at KKMS as quoted in the Stillwater Gazette, September 29, 2003.

    oooh, and:

“I am convinced in my heart and in my mind that if the United States fails to stand with Israel, that is the end of the United States . . . [W]e have to show that we are inextricably entwined, that as a nation we have been blessed because of our relationship with Israel, and if we reject Israel, then there is a curse that comes into play. And my husband and I are both Christians, and we believe very strongly the verse from Genesis [Genesis 12:3], we believe very strongly that nations also receive blessings as they bless Israel. It is a strong and beautiful principle.”

Because its good to use the Bible to improve our relations with Israel? Yeah, she's "Free thinking"

    ARTHUR DENT:

Does attacking women and belittling them like sex objects make you feel like more of a man?

Is it their intelligence, or their success that you are most afraid of?

kind of insulted there but will refrain from reporting to the mods. ;)

i think the tea party followers are the same type of people who voted for Obama. they caught up in slogans and really don't think beyond that.

i look forward to more in dept answers to my question from you.

    have a good day.

He's not attacking 'women' in general.. Thats not cool to bait like that (you're good at trying to make others look bad though)..I took it as that he was implying that Palin and Bachmann lack substance. Barbie is a toy, you could take that many ways.. YOU chose sex object. I would think after all of your "Reporteds" today, you might think twice about belittling a mans, hmm, how shall we say, "manliness"?

Your post is offensive to the transgender community. How dare you try to peg parachute into either a male or female role.
