Mann Music Center robbed at gunpoint

The Mann in Philly was robbed at gunpoint about an hour ago. The suspects got away with reportedly over $100,000 and are still on the loose. Death cab for cutie is suppose to play there tonight. No word if the show is still gonna happen or not. Hopefully it still is.

    With general venue security, plus a now guaranteed police presence in light of this, I wouldn't worry about the show not happening.

    Just heard on the radio that the show will go on as planned.

    The venue and band would lose even more money if the event was canceled. Unless it's an active crime scene that is being combed for prints, etc, there's no reason to keep it closed.
