Caleb slow down on the drinking,,,do voice exercises,,,,go to the gym,,,eat right,,,go to church,,,hang out with your siblings,,,hang out with your wife,,,THEN come September 3 and 4 come to Wiscy with the boys and show your love admiration and support of Pearl Jam 20...Thank You!!!
Conversations getting dull
There's a constant ringing in my ears
Sense of humor's void and numb
And I'm bored to tears.......

They would probably insist on headlining.

If they were to make an appearance they should only be allowed to play tunes off their first two albums.

It would be pretty cool, but wouldn't that be a slap in the face to all of the fans who bought tickets for all of the gigs that they just cancelled?

I can't believe it took until the 5th post for the KOL hate to start! That has to be some kind of record around here.

:lol: I actually really like KOL. First two albums are amazing, second two are solid, most recent is....meh.

Personally, I am just sick of Caleb's bullshit. I have seen them around 10 times since 2004 and over the years there has been a major decline in the quality of their performance. So much so that after I saw them in Boston last November I decided to not make an effort to see them again. I have been at shows where he has stormed off the stage (ending the show early), screamed profanities at the crowd, even spit into the crowd. It seems like this happens more often then it should with this band. Maybe they got away with this because they used to portray themselves at southern bad boys, but that definitely isn't the case anymore. I mean, the only people who could ever really pull off antics like this were Scott Weiland and Axel Rose and Caleb is like Justin Bieber compared to those guys.

That being said they WERE amazing. My apologies for the rant, but they used to be my favorite band outside of Pearl Jam and its sad to see such a fall from grace into pure shit. Some lifestyle changes and a greater respect for the fans that support their music could result in a return to form. Hopefully this happens because I would love to see the KOL of old return with a vengeance.

Couldn't agree more - I got into them when Aha was released and have seen them 3 times in Australia. Best show was a smallish venue on the BOTT tour. Saw them on the Only by The Night Tour, which is when he started going on his rants about the crowd only liking the Hit songs. Had tickets to their current tour, but when they resheduled I got rid of them- I've had enough of their crap. Love the first 3 albums, Because of the Times is one of my fav albums by anyone. Liked the last 2 albums, but they need to get back on track and cut out the pretentious shit. For a few years, like you, they were only behind PJ for me, but they rarely get a listen in the last 12 months or so.
Get your shit together Caleb and start appreciating the people that got the band to where they are- The Fans!!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me

Why doesn't Caleb go to rehab and get healthy and Nathan, Jared and Matt go to PJ20? Though, I think the band has bigger problems then considering doing a guest spot at someone else's show.

This isn't the first show they've cancelled. They cancelled a show in NJ because of a "Video Shoot". they aren't good enough to keep pulling this crap and think people will still care.

Yeah I had that thought too...doesn't seem like they really care about slapping people in the face though!
