I just got into his music, and really liking him so far.
I saw him on an episode of Spectacle with Elvis Costello, he played "Lake Marie" is an awesome song, and sparked my interest in his work.
Any other fans out there that can make some suggestions?

Good for you...John Prine is just a fantastic songwriter. His voice has changed over the years due to having cancer on his neck and just age, but its seems to have given it more character.
For albums, I think a good start would be All The Best, Souviners or Great Days:the John Prine Anthology
As for songs, theres just soooo many good ones to choose from. I'll list a few on my faves, and I'm sure someone else can add to the list:
Angel From Montgomery
All the Best
Hello In There
Please Don't Bury Me
You Got Gold
Picture Show
The Bottomless Lake
Spanish Pipe Dream
Sam Stone
There's a few for starters...I'm sure you'll enjoy
thanks to you!
