    I cooked a country dinner tonight: sweet tea, pinto beans w/rotel and pork, sour kraut, and mexican corn bread. Probably not very appetizing to a lot, but I find it yummy...although it doesn't help me in my quest to be a vegetarian.....

    Broiled haddock...quinoa pasta with fresh peppers tomatoes onions and garlic from the garden...and a mixed green salad from the garden.
