Well, I've been doing my prac teaching, and a casual teacher at school got measles...

So the school went into meltdown, as teachers don't have records on them then and there, anyone under 45 had to have a blood test...

I've never had a blood test before and that was an experience in itself... I would like to say I am big and tough, but the needle didnt faze me it was this sensation I got running up in my arm and chest and then head... I went faint, and sweaty and so it was scary and yes.... I agree I am a little girl...

So I get to school today... my last prac day of my block... I need to complete it to get my results, and the assistant principal tells me I am not immune, and that I have to go home and can't come back for 2 weeks since last contact with the casual teacher....

So now this means, no prac, no uni, no socialising, no work no results... it is a nightmare...

So, I have no symptoms, but I have a week off....

Now any good dvds, books, ps3 games that I can waste time...

cheers :)

TV series are good. They kill time. Especially HBO.

...and any of the Real Housewives. A total guilty pleasure. 8-)

watching some tv series should kill some time. these are some of my favorites:

Entourage(seven seasons, i think the 8th has just started airing in the U.S.), sons of anarchy(3 seasons), Community(2 seasons), Breaking Bad(3 seasons, 4th airing now), Eastbound and Down(2 seasons), Parks and Recreation(3 seasons), The Walking Dead(1 season, 2nd starts in a week or two)

or if you want some absolute trash get the 3 seasons of jersey shore, it's like watching a train wreck.

any good books? just wait for the movie. and for good PS3 games get an Xbox and play gears of war. ha ha.

Is that the one with the kid from the high school musical and the guy from friends? Cause this might be totally gay, but I've seen that and it was not as bad as I was expecting.

YES!! It was good! I was shocked at how much I liked it....I was expecting it to be shit....really shit. The parts with old mate from Friends were pretty bad. Matthew Perry can't act....at all.' But Zac carried the movie well.

If you ever liked Star Wars or dare I say Star Trek ( ), then go get Mass Effect 2 for the PS3!

Someone else beat me to the George R.R. Martin series - I fully back that. Also recommend Stephen King's Dark Tower books. As for TV show, I would recommend Dexter. You'll be hooked after the first episode.

  • I saw this movie about a bus that had to SPEED around a city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode! I think it was called "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down."
