In my state we are working on our 35th day of temps of 100+ degrees. The seven day forecast is predicting record setting heat to continue and 74 of our 77 counties have been declared disaster areas due to the drought. This sucks. I'm ready to go to Wisconsin in September!

83 at 7pm in CT. I don't have the AC on simply because I'm sick of it and my wife will freeze out the house when she gets home.

Glad its nice where you are. We've had to send people to the hospital for heat exhaustion where I work and I can't help walk around with that in the forefront of my mind...I could just as easily be next. I DON'T love it.

Man I couldn't handle that kind of heat! It's winter here now (very mild one this year) where it ranges between 32 - 60 degrees. But in summer we are lucky to get 90, it mostly stays in the 80's. I feel for you all.

I'm sorry - that heat exhaustion is horrible - I've had a touch of it myself... You need plenty of fluids such as Gatorade or something like that.... And limit your outdoor activities if you can. :D

But, the cold here in Ohio - sucks big time - I hate the long winters more than the heat !!!

1980 was unfreaking real. I keep trying to remember how we coped that year but I think I pushed it out of my mind as soon as it was over. You'd think I'd have some brilliant insight on how to get through this summer but I got nothing.

I think the heat is seriously getting to everybody stuck in this weather. Lots of irritable people everywhere I go lately.
