Just watching the 1992 tribute show again on sky arts.. great show.

but was just thinking. its been 20 years this year since his passing. and would be great if in pj noticed this and in some small way paid tribute to him at PJ20. after all, freddy was such an influence on everybody.

what you think.

The (technically) best singer in rock history.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

Boom would sure have to step up his game, and I'm not sure if Mr. Vedder could pull off the HerleyQuinn diamond onesie… Stone could, though!

Queen were a badass band - I freaking love them. Freddie was brilliant, his voice was insane. If I invent a time machine, I swear the first thing I do will be go back in time and see Queen in concert.

As an aside... it still blows me away how many people think We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions are one song.
And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.

Damn, I remember watching/taping that concert on MTV. And this was before they fixed all the mistakes in post-production. I remember I rented the home video years later and all the mistakes and bad notes were gone. Though you still couldn't fix Axl Rose's tuneless screeching with any sort of technology.

Queen were one of my favorite bands as a kid. I scanned the record libraries of everyone I knew looking for Queen albums to transfer to cassette. I remember I waited years for the CD versions to come out. You could only buy imports at the time and they were too expensive!
