    On top of that who the fuck is in charge of Naval requisitions? I can understand requesting one ship too many out of 100, but 2 out of 3 is ridiculous...


    on top of that, shouldn't a scrap metal company or whatever pay us to dismantle it? I don't remember going to to the scrap metal yard to sell copper and having to pay them to take it.
