    maybe look into a campground? i know there are several that are offering shuttles. as for hotels.....not sure what's out there. i saw this thread the other day...maybe give them a call?

    I think Milwaukee hotels still have availability if you're open to that. Book one now, you can always cancel later without penalty.

    take a look at this thread. there is a 20% off coupon at bottom of page one. There is also ydrivelimo mentioned towards the end and the offer a party bus, to and from the hotel and you can use it for tailgating at your convenience. They are also grilling up burgers and shit included in the $35 daily rate.

    Check out priceline or hotwire....you'll be fine. Should be able to get something 25 to 35 minutes away from Alpine for $60 a night. :)

    Yes you're screwed!!! Along with myself. The closest and best priced hotel I could find was a Ramada 25 miles away. I'm obviously not familiar with the area but the people at the hotel said a cab would cost 50-60 each way and it takes about 45 minutes to get there because of traffic. Apparently its all country roads that lead into the ampitheater. So.... looks like my brother and I are going to take turns being DD's rather than spend ridiculous cab fares. Good luck!

    where are you staying? you never know...taking a shuttle might be an option.
