  • If Soundgarden and AIC release their albums in 2012 rather than 2011, 2012 will see new albums from: Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, and Stone Temple Pilots.

Black Gives Way to Blue was so awesome and underrated. Can't wait to hear new stuff from them!

Black Gives Way To Blue =

Looking forward to a new record and hopefully a tour in Texas. It's not just PJ that forgets about us down here.

I sorta feel the same way. Not the biggest AIC fan in the world and it's the only one I can listen to all the way through. I'm not sure any tunes from it make my AiC top 10 though.

    :o

This is just plain wrong. Black gives way to blue was nothing more than Jerrys third solo album. Give duvall more vocals. The whole poimt of a lead singer is to have him sing lead on all the tracks. Bgwtb was most definitely not that.

Politics aside, it's just a great fucking album. Probably my favorite 2009 album. (sorry Backspacer)

Im usually one to defend an album for just being "great" and ignoring "what it should be". A good album is a good album.

But I wanted to hear AIC with that album, and all I heard was a Jerry cantrell solo album. Plus, Ive grown tired of heavy music.

and Backspacer really wasn't as good as I thought it was. Avocado shits on it. They really need to expirement more, whether its No Code sounding or obscure time signatures thanks to Matt. Of the earth COUGH COUGH

    Ok. :?

Like I said, it sounded great, and I thought it sounded like AiC, but whatever it sounded like it was just good.

Has every AC/DC record since Back in Black been an Angus Young solo album in your opinion?
