They have been on my list of bands that I would like to see live and have never had an opportunity. I might actually get a chance though! Going to be in Austin for a business trip on August 16th, and they are going to be there too How are their live shows? I'm flying solo, so would love to meet up with some fellow Ten Club members if anyone from the Austin area is planning on being there!

they came to my neck of the woods last summer...i was a huge fan back in the day, actually still really enjoy them...anyways, show rocked...they sounded real real good and played a lot of old stuff from their 1st 2 lps...all in all, if your an stp fan...you should be happy

Saw them last September and sounded really good. Just wished they played more songs, but they pleased.

Sweet! I was a huge STP fan back in the day, but haven't really kept up with them lately. I really wasn't looking forward to this Austin trip and being stuck at a conference for a week, but now I'm pretty happy

I'm looking forward to it! I keep hearing mixed reviews about their shows, but I think it'll be fun. Has anyone been to any shows at the ACL Live Moody in Austin? I hear some great things about the sound quality in that place...
