Can I have those three hours of my life back?

Reviews were saying this was good. My girlfriend dragged me to see it and of course 3D tickets are $14 x 2.

I'm going to write Michael Bay, demanding a refund, and politely request that he refrains from making any more movies until he gets over his small penis syndrome. The movie would have been ok if it shaved about an hour of action off of it. I was starting to fall asleep, it was so overly done.

I went but the projector in the theater malfunctioned due to the extreme cold weather so we got our money back.

I'm sorry about that, Thoughts Arrive. I hope your car is starting in that weather. I heard penguins have starting crossing into Australia now that it is overrun with antarctic ice...

It's insane, have to watch that I don't run them over when backing out of the driveway.
I might keep one and call him Happy Feet.

Back to the topic, I heard from friends that it is a shit movie.
Shit script, only good for the effects and 3D.

it was still better than the second one. Two things that ruined it for me were people in the audience. Theses two black girls laughed at every stupid joke that was done. The other were these two tween boys that sat right behind me talking throughout the entire movie. There were some cool parts, but overall i was kinda disappointed.

I wasn't even impressed with the 3D. Avatar looked MUCH better in 3D. The effects were too much. My brain wanted to explode.

I didn't see the second one because I thought the first one sucked so much and now I never plan on seeing it.

What do you expect from kids movies.

kids movies are generally good because the focus is on storytelling ... that is generally what is missing in most hollywood productions now ...
  • I remember pulling out my cell phone and checking the time to see how long its been, figuring it was almost over. Not even close I had 2 hours to go. I've never done that in a theater before.

    Gosh it was horrible.

haha, sounds like you were checking the time during the opening credits!

In all fairness, this movie would be great like the first one if you brought a life-sized cardboard cutout of Megan Fox and stapled it to the bottom left of the screen before the movie.

I couldn't agree more on your statement about special fx. I think a humble amout is quite pleasant, depending on the film, but movies like these that are basically special fx pornography don't do much for me.

Michael Bay or James Cameron are automatic deterrants for me. Excluding The Terminator. That movie is untouchable.

It was good . . . for a Transformers movie. The story was better & the new chick is way hotter than Megan Fox. My only problem was that it took up 1/8th of the hours in a day to see it.

I don't know if I'll see it, but they filmed a tiny little bit of it in an alley behind our hotel in Chicago last summer when we were at Lollapalooza. There were all these broken walls down there for like half a day, and then it was as if they'd never been there. It was noisy when they were setting it all up.
